WHY BEN?

I have DJd professionally at weddings, corporate events and parties for over 15 years and I have played in iconic Manchester clubs such as Sankeys, Joshua Brooks and Venus. More recently, I have had residencies in bars around Manchester such as Artisan and Font Bar along with current residencies at School for Scandal and Be At One. As an extremely passionate music producer, I also enjoy producing and writing my own music and have had my tracks played in clubs around the North West. 

I use the software Ableton Live which enables me to mix tracks live, moving seamlessly between a diverse selection of tracks and genres much more effectively than using vinyl or CDJs. The software enables me to edit tracks on the fly, using effects to build suspense and loop and sample between tracks.

From the initial stage of the booking through to the event, I will be there to discuss any enquiries, needs or requests. I understand, through experience, that organising a wedding or event can be stressful, but I will be there along the way to help you plan your event, making it as stress-free as possible, and together we will create your perfect evening. I believe that communication is key and I ensure that I will communicate a clear plan and structure for your evening. I will discuss in advance any genres and songs that you would like to hear, ensuring the music enhances and creates the perfect atmosphere, tailored to each section of your night.
